Massive wood house made of logs, better known as a log house or a log cabin, is a type of wooden house that has been known for more than 2000 years. The first to use this system were the Scandinavian. It is a construction system where the logs are accurately placed one on another with the help of feathers and grooves and cross-jointed on the junctions.
TRADITIONAL OR MODERN LOG CABINS
We follow all the modern trends and standards in construction, which dictate building houses with higher and higher energy efficiency.
The logs can be on the inner or the outer side. We usually build wooden logs with square logs, but upon request we can also provide half-round ones. On the inside you can choose between wooden panels, plasterboard, natural clay plaster or logs. Apart from logs, traditional facade systems or a wooden facade can also be used on the outer side.
